If a task requires licensed nursing oversight, it may only be performed under proper delegation by a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in accordance with Texas regulations.

How do you match caregivers to clients?

We carefully match caregivers based on:

• Schedule availability

• Personality compatibility

• Language preferences and cultural considerations

• Special skills or experience required

We also monitor service quality through regular follow-ups and client feedback to ensure the match remains appropriate.

Are you insured?

Yes. De-Mondek Home Care Provider Services maintains required liability insurance and employee bonding as mandated by the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC).

How are caregivers screened?

All caregivers:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Pass criminal background checks and registry checks as required by Texas law

• Complete orientation and competency evaluation

Do you provide in-home child supervision and school pickup support?

Yes. We provide non-medical, in-home supervision and support services for families who need assistance caring for their children in their own residence.
